In just two short days, Introduction to Laser Welding will teach the fundamental laser welding skill sets required to immediately gain a revenue impact with your new LaserStar laser welding system. Learn basic laser welding theory, eye-hand coordination skills and positioning techniques, benefits of pulse shaping, applying “hot-light” energy to precious alloys and methods for proper repair. You will also learn laser welding system operation, parameter settings, maintenance, safety and troubleshooting.
Our experienced instructors will walk you through all of the necessary steps to perform common assembly and repair applications for your industry. The attendee will discover how laser technology can be applied to virtually any repair or custom design opportunity.
Our Introductory classes in jewelry welding, dental laboratory welding, industrial laser welding, optical repair welding or medical device welding are created with your industry in mind. Introduction to Laser Marking Training Course
In just two short days, Introduction to Laser Marking will teach the fundamental laser marking programming skills required to immediately gain a revenue impact with your new LaserStar laser marking system. Learn basic software fundamentals, flow-chart design, laser marking versus laser engraving programming, vector (plot file) images, marking bitmaps, alignment and positioning techniques, cylindrical rotation engraving (interior & exterior) and basic wire-frame image design. The attendee will discover how laser marking technology can be applied to virtually any branding, serial tracking or custom design opportunity.
